VASJ High School Helps Pack at Warehouse

The clothing that SC4K distributes arrives at the warehouse in huge pallets. SC4K relies on volunteer groups to donate their time and services to sort, count and pack the clothing into smaller boxes for our distribution partners. Recently, a group of 25 students from Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School in Cleveland spent a half-day at the warehouse as part of their annual retreat. The students worked very hard and quickly packed up hundreds of boxes of clothing for children in need. VASJ students have also volunteered in the past to sell raffle tickets at the Heart & Sole Luncheon. Many hands make light work!

There are a variety of ways you or your employer can get involved with Shoes and Clothes for Kids. Our volunteers and donors are instrumental in providing the means to help us serve children in need throughout Greater Cleveland with new shoes and clothing.

As a non-profit organization that charges no fees to our recipients or distribution partners, all revenue is generated through fund-raising. Donate Time

Volunteers are critical to our efficient and economical operation. SC4K has an extremely small staff and relies on a network of more than 900 volunteers. Opportunities are available for group and individual volunteers for both one-day and ongoing volunteer commitments. Learn more.

If you are a young professional (ages 21-40) who would like to give back to the Greater Cleveland community, SC4K invites you to learn more about our Associate Board and other volunteer opportunities for young professionals .

Donate New Product

Retail clothing stores or other businesses with excess inventory can donate brand new articles of clothing or other items for children to SC4K and potentially receive tax benefits.
