Planned giving is an essential part of any nonprofit organization's long-term financial development. It also provides a meaningful way for SC4K's donors to leave a lasting legacy while strengthening SC4K's ability to meet the increasing challenge of providing new shoes and clothing for Greater Cleveland's children.
A bequest through a person's will is the most commonly used planned gift. However, there are other types of planned giving, including charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, and gifts or retirement assets. These gifts all have different income or estate tax savings. The important thing is to find a gift that fits your philanthropic and tax needs. Your gift can be provided as non-restricted income to support the work of SC4K or assigned to support a special program.
Your lasting gift enables SC4K to continue providing its much-needed programs and services to children and families in need throughout Greater Cleveland.
